This guide will explain step by step how you will be able to book your cruise online. This service is provided by Costa Cruises.

Secure online booking
The Costa Cruise Engine® allows you to browse cruise offers, check itineraries and reserve your Costa Cruise. With Cruise Engine® your Costa cruise has never been easier to be book. In fact, with only a couple of clicks, you can select and book the cruise of your dreams sitting comfortably in your living room. Just some simple steps and your perfect holiday becomes reality. No online Credit Card transmission is requested. Our operators will call you back to finalize your booking. It has never been easier to book a Costa Cruise.

Select your cruise
On the first page you can select your preferred cruise. With the cruise search engine you can insert your travel month, destination, ship and departure port. Some departures are featured on this page for their special pricing, interesting itinerary or destination.

Display search result
According to your search criteria, we will display possible cruises. Just select the one that you would like to book and go ahead to the next step. Please note that prices are per person in a double cabin and indicate the cost of the cruise, including port taxes and fuel supplement, excluding optional insurance and mandatory service charge**. Prices are subject to availability in lowest grade.

Define additional parameters
On the next page you need to insert the number of cruise guests and their age. The age is important to calculate all possible discounts (children). A booking summary is displayed on top of this page. After inserting your data please click on “continue”.

Category availability and selection
The system is now looking for online availability of categories according to your criteria in realtime. The category determins the price of the cabin as there are different levels of comfort and equipment. On Costa’s ships however all categories satisfy high quality standards. Cabin pictures in Quicktime 360° format are available to view next to each cabin grade.
If you have found your cruise just click on “continue”. Or click on “New Search” If you want to start over. The price indicated beside the categories from this stage is based on all guests in the cabin.

Cabin availability and selection
Once you have selected the category, you can choose your cabin. The posisiton of the cabins on the ship can be retrieved by clicking on the specific icon in the available cabin list.
Please note the final price for the booking (excluded mandatory service charge) will be quoted on the following step.

Quotation and guest information
You have now a complete quotation of your cruise package. If you decide to continue with your booking, please insert guest and contact details accept Costa's terms and conditions and click on "confirm" button.
You will receive a summary of your reservation by mail .
Our operators will contact you within the following 24 working hours (Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm) to finalize your booking and process payment. They may also request additional data for your cruise. 

Confirmation of your reservation
You have now created a booking on Costa’s reservations system. The booking number can be found on the left hand side of the screen. Please print out the page for your reference. Our operator will call you to conclude the record.
